EXCHANGE/RETURN POLICY

      1. You have 7 days to notify us that you wish to return the items from the date of purchase and a further 7 days for the returned product(s) to reach us.
      2. Inner wears are non returnable items.
      3. Don't forget to mention your concern & ORDER ID in subject.
      4. For all orders Store Credit will be provided in the span of 5-6 working days from the day of return.
      5. 50₹-100₹  are applicable for return and exchange.
      6. Please return in the same condition that it was shipped to you. If the products are returned in a poor condition or have clearly been worn then we cannot refund your money. 

    HOW SOON WILL I GET MY COUPON?

    • We will drop you an email once we receive the return. Later, a quality check is performed and again we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
    • If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a discount code will automatically be shared, within 2-10 working days, which will act as store credit.

    SHIPPING POLICY
    Please Note:
    1. For Exchange Orders, Shipping Charges will be extra
    2. Clearance Sale Products are Non-returnable and Will Not Be Accepted For Exchange
    3. Clearance Sale Products will also be charged with a nominal shipping fee.

    Important Note: We make unboxing videos of all our customer returns to ensure that the product has been returned to us in its original condition. We have the legal right to reject any refund claim where we find that the returned product has been used and returned or if the original product was not returned back to us. 



    We ship within 48 hours of payment being received and we will notify you when the shipment has been sent. Any orders placed over the weekend or during public bank holidays will be processed the next working day.
    Please make sure your shipping address is correct. Orders that are returned because of an invalid address may incur a shipping charge if they are reshipped. After an order has been delivered to the correct shipping address, we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages.
